This site, eDiscovery Playbook® (the “Site”), is published by Law & Forensics LLC (“we,” “us”). This notice describes what information we collect through the Site and how we use it.
Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to provide — for example, your name, work email, organization, role, and message when you request a review, download a gated resource, or take the readiness scorecard. Scorecard answers are used to compute your result; you can view your score without providing an email address. Like most websites, our hosting provider may also log basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to operate and secure the Site.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your request, deliver the resource you asked for, and follow up about services you have expressed interest in. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except for the service providers that operate the Site and process form submissions on our behalf.
Retention and security
We keep submissions only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, and we apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No internet transmission is completely secure, so please do not submit confidential or matter-specific details through Site forms.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have submitted by emailing info@ediscoveryplaybook.com. You can opt out of follow-up communications at any time by replying to any message from us.
